Time for our annual and traditional St. Patty’s Day dinner.
This year we celebrated 1 day early because March is the busiest time for Adobe and Dave and we knew he wouldn’t be around on the 17th. The kids did not mind one bit wearing green two days in a row, and of course loved our meal of all things GREEN and IRISH:
• cabbage rolls
• Irish soda bread (GF and regular)
• green salad
• green broccoli
• and a delicious fruit rainbow salad constructed by Conner while I spent the afternoon in meetings
• and of course no St. Patrick’s Day meal would be complete without a delicious/fun dessert: chocolate cupcakes filled with mint chocolate ganache and topped with mint chocolate chip frosting — YUM! I think they liked it!
